We had Tyler and his team trim/remove 10 trees. It was a cold call, I had just gotten a grocery delivery then there was a knock on the door. He presented me with a card and then said I can give you a free estimate. A few minutes later we had a quote which was way better than any I had had before. These 4 young men did an awesome job. I enjoyed watching them in the trees with chainsaws carefully bringing large branches down. I am so impressed that there are still companies who deliver a great product. They are actually doing a job for our neighbor tomorrow. If you need any tree work done this is THE company to use. Tyler and team came to my home and we walked the property reviewing all the trees that needed to either be pruned/modified or taken down. He gave me a very reasonable estimate considering the type of work and the labor involved. Two large limbs fell one night and missed my house, it was time for the tree to go or the next one might’ve gotten the house. We had Sam knock at the door and hand us a flyer early afternoon. I asked if he could give a quote and do the job today. He said yeah and got to checking out a few of the ill-maintained trees in our front and back yards. He seemed to know a lot about the types of trees and how his company could promote healthy growth. I've been putting off cutting my trees on my property for years. The reason was the cost of getting the work done. One day when I was in my garage a young man (Tyler Hendley-owner) stop by and gave me a price. I have called other big tree companies and either they would not show up for an estimate or they would give me a price that was so high, I just put off getting the work done. Tyler was very professional and respectful. He called when he said he would and left my property cleaner than he found it. His employees was just as respectful and professional as Tyler was. Tyler Hendley, of Diversified Trees, was responsive with his estimate and schedule for the work. The price was fair, his crew arrived on time and they worked steadily until the job was complete. The job involved removal of large oak branches that had extended over 3/4 of the roof. Extensive rigging was needed to ensure the branches cleared the roof a they were lowered to the ground. The crew were constantly acting with safety as a first priority. All of the grounds were cleaned up when the job was finished. We contracted the services of the Diversified Tree Company on 6 December 2023 to remove a medium sized tree from the property. Every aspect of their service was exceptional. They were flexible and quick to respond to provide a quote and, were very reasonable with their pricing. Further, every interaction was most courteous and respectful. The owner of the company (Tyler Hendley) was on-site for the work and at all times, most interested in my satisfaction with the work and outcome. they explained how they would take the tree down as there were considerations for the neighbors property, fencing, and a storage shed. Tyler and company removed a neighbor's tree and thought they did a fantastic job. Called them to come out and provide an estimate which was very reasonable for the work done. They were very timely and professional when they came out to remove the tree and trim some other limbs off two other trees in our backyard.
